Complete additional items to further define the Graduation Requirement Profile Definition.
Tasks
Add Details to GPA and Total Credit
Click

Click line number of content type to edit. Line highlights. Options tab displays.
Options
Section Print Title
is same as Title on main grid.
Edit
Section Print Title
at top of tab.
Click
to spell check.
Click
for more space.
Click
to specify Graduation Requirement to be used. Find: GradReqDef screen opens.
Click
to list all Graduation Requirement Definitions.
Click line of definition to use.
Click again. Find: GradReqDef screen closes and definition is displayed in
Graduation Requirement.
Click
on Subject Areas grid. A new line displays.
Click
GPA Definition
and select.
Enter
Title Override
, if desired.
Repeat for each additional GPA Definition.
When all GPA Definitions have been added
Enter
Sort Order
for each GPA Definition.
Enter
Grade Level Based Message.
Click
to spell check.
Click
for more space.
Click
on Display Options bar
Check Suppress Class Rank, if desired.
