Graduation Requirement Profile Definition

Message Area #1 displays at bottom of Credit content box, and is also referred to as Pass/Fail Footer. It is defined on Messages tab of Graduation Requirement Profile Definition screen, and different messages are displayed depending whether or not student has completed all of their required credits. It is turned on or off by checking Show Pass/Fail Footer in Credit detail screen of General Options tab in Graduation Requirement Profile Definition screen.

Message Area #2 is displayed just above Message #1 and is defined on detail of each subject area on Class of Credit tab in Graduation Requirements screen. This message is customized for each subject area by student’s grade level.

• Enter partial or complete data on any yellow field but first field.

• Click .  Find Result displays a list of matching criteria.

• Click line number of record to edit. Record highlights.

• Click again. Find Result closes and definition displays.

• Enter Content Passed Message  to display if all credits are completed.

• Click to spell check.

• Click for more space.

• Enter Content Not Passed Message to display if all credits are not completed.

• Click to spell check.

• Click for more space.

• Click save.
