Use the Mass Assign Fees screen to assign or unassign fees to several students or a group of students, all at once. In addition, the Mass Assign Fees screen is used to assign and unassign fees by course. The Mass Assign Fees screen allows for ad hoc fee assignment.
Click Action and select Assign Fees or Unassign Fees.
Enter Transaction Date (MMDDYY) or click and select date. Default is today’s date.
Click on School Fees bar. Chooser screen opens.
Enter partial or complete data on any white field.
Click . Search Results displays a list of records matching criteria entered.
Click anywhere on appropriate record to highlight.
Press CTRL down while clicking records to select multiple records at a time.
Click .
OR
Click . This will move all records found in Find Result column to Selected Items column.
Multiple searches may be made until all records have been found and added to Selected Items column.
Check to delete an undesired record from Selected Items column, if needed.
Click . This will close Chooser screen and records selected will be listed in School Fees grid.
Enter Fees amount.(It is only necessary to enter numerals in decimal format. Synergy SIS formats field once entered, i.e., Enter10. System auto-populates $10,00. Enter 5.8. System auto-populates $5.80.)
Click Gender and select

Check desired Grade(s) or check to select all Grades.
Click . Job Status screen displays while job is processed.
Click to open Mass Assign Fees Process Log. This log displays SIS number, student name, fee code, fee description, fee category, date, and amount for each student assigned or unassigned a fee. It displays number of students processed, number of fees assigned successfully, and number of fees that failed to be assigned, as well.
Click Action and select Assign Fees or Unassign Fees.
