In the Single day between
September 27 and December 31, select a date within the
range from the previous year. For example, if the current
year is 2014, the date selected would be between September 27
and December 31, 2013.
NOTE: It is important to
communicate the calculation date selected at the district to all the
schools within the district. School dates that entered on the Civil
Rights Data Collection – School screens are used for calculation.
If a school does not have a date defined, it defaults to the date
defined on the LEA screen.
Click the Course Setup button on the Civil Rights Data Collection
– LEA screen. The Course Setup screen displays.
NOTE: Complete the Course Subject Area Setup tab first, then proceeded
to the Math tab, and then the Science tab. Do not select other
tabs out of order. Doing so will result in incorrect screen
population, since the tabs are processed in a specific order.
