The Enrollment Restrictions tab outlines any restrictions on the student enrolling in schools within the district, as a result of the disciplinary incident. Information contained on this tab is displayed on the Other Info tab of Student screen, as well.
NOTE: When a student is enrollment restricted, a transfer to a school that is excluded is blocked with message “Student has an enrollment restriction and cannot be enrolled in this school.”
Click Enrollment Restriction and select if student is restricted in their enrollment options.
Click Hearing Office Disposition and select decision if a hearing office was involved in restrictions and/or disposition.
Enter Hearing Office Disposition Date or click and select date.
If restriction is specific to a type of school
Click School Type Include/Exclude and select.
Check appropriate School Type to include/exclude.
If there are site specific enrollment restrictions
Click on Organization Enrollment Restrictions grid. A new line at bottom of grid displays.
Click. Find: RevOrganization screen opens.
Enter all or part of Organization Name.
Click . Search Results displays a list of records matching criteria entered.
Enter/Edit Enrollment Restrictions
and select if student is restricted in their enrollment options.
