Delete Incident Record
Follow these steps to delete an incident record completely.
Tasks
Delete Incident Record
Go to
Discipline Incident > Incidents > Participants tab
.
Find Incident
E
nter partial or complete data on any yellow field.
OR
An asterisk (*) wildcard can be used as a substitute for any or all characters in fields on screen
Click
. Find Results displays a list of records matching criteria entered.
Double click anywhere on appropriate record. Find Results closes and record displays.
Always check if this incident record affected attendance before deleting incident.
Click line number on Students Involved grid to highlight discipline incident record to delete.

Scroll to Disposition grid, check to see if there is a code displayed in
ATR
(Attendance Reason Code).
If a code displayed,
Click
ATR
and select blank code.
Click
.
Changing this field to blank will clear attendance record for this participant.
Always delete disposition next.
Check
on line of disposition to delete.
Click
.
Delete all dispositions associated with discipline incident record for each participant.
Click
.
Remove Other Involved Person(s)
Check
on line of records to delete.
Click
.
Remove Students Involved
Check
on line of records to delete.
Click
.
Remove Violations
Click
Violations tab.
Check
on line of violation to delete.
Click
.
Delete all violations associated with discipline incident record.
Delete Incident
Click
. A message prompt displays confirming deletion.
