Edit Time incident occurred.
Edit Referrer Last Name, and/or Referrer First Name. This person may be anyone, and does not need to be a staff member.
Enter new Referral Date or click and select.
Click Staff Name and select another name. This is the person who handled disciplinary process.
Enter or edit information on Description. These comments are displayed in ParentVUE and StudentVUE.

Enter or edit information on Private Description. These comments are not displayed in ParentVUE or StudentVUE but may be viewed by other staff.

Enteror edit Incident Cost , if it can be quantified, such as stolen property values or damage estimates.
Click Incident Context Code and select. This is a general timeframe such as before or after school.
Enter or edit information on Incident Context Comment. This comment further describes the context in which situation occurred. Example: Incident Context Code selection is During School Hrs. An appropriate Incident Context Comment might be "This occurred at the beginning of the pep rally when the principal was addressing the student body."

Edit/Add Location
Click Location and select.
Add or edit in Location Text, more detail, such as, "by the north east exit of the locker room," if appropriate.

Click if other school district locations were involved in incident.
Enter all or part of Organization Name.

Click . This will move all records found in Search Results column to Selected Items column.
Multiple searches may be made until all organizations have been found and added to Selected Items column.
Click . This will close Chooser screen and organization names selected will be listed in Other Schools grid.
Delete Other Schools
Check on line of Organization Name to delete.
