Student School Attended History

Click . Schools Attended History Add screen opens.
Select one of three school options; an in-district school record, an existing non-district school record, or creation of a new non-district school record.

Click In-District School or Non-District School and select school. If Non-District School is not in list, add school using Add New Non-District School directions below.
Enter School Year attended. Use first year number of the school year. Example: For school year 2008-2009, enter 2008. This does not need to exist in school year setup.
Enter Year Title.(Regular session, Night school, Summer session, etc.) (optional)
Enter student's Start and End dates or click and select.
Click Grade and select.(optional)
Click End Of Year Status and select.(optional)
Enter Total Membership Days.(optional) Total Present and Total Abs are mandatory if this field is entered. Total Present and Total Abs must equal Total Membership Days.
Click . Schools Attended History Add screen closes. New information displays on grid.

Enter School Non District Name. This will populate field of same name below.
Click Filter Type and determine where school information will be used in Synergy SIS. (optional)
- Select Course History to use when entering courses in course history, only.
- Select All to use in other views such as Career Plan or for request tracking.
Enter Federal School Code. (optional)
Enter State School Code. (optional)
Click School Type and select.(optional)
Enter all known address information.(optional)
