Use School Enrollment History screen to track the total number of active students, the number of enrollments and the total ADM on a day-by-day basis for the entire school year. This data is used for the STU603 report.
School Enrollment History screen does not automatically update as enrollment and attendance records are changed. To calculate enrollment history based on current enrollment records:

Check For Entire District to update enrollment history records for entire district, if desired. Leave this unchecked to update records for school in focus, only.
Click Track Filter and select to update enrollment history records and filter displayed information for a specific track or combined tracks.
Click . Job Status screen opens.
Close Job Status screen when job is complete. School Enrollment History is updated.
Day of Year - School Enrollment History lists each day school is in session from first school day. Date - Actual date for each day.
Students - Total number of enrolled students on each day.
Enrollments - Total number of enrolled students on each day that have a tuition payer code of Eligible for State Funding.
ADM – Lists average daily membership (Average number of students enrolled on any given day at school. This is total number of days enrolled by all eligible students divided by number of school days in that year.)
