Attendance Letter
Overview:
Attendance letters can be created and mailed to parents and/or students regarding absences, tardies, etc. They are processed based on thresholds. A threshold is the number of a particular absence reason accumulated. Different letters can be created for each threshold. For example, one letter can be sent for 3 tardies and another for 6 tardies. Multiple types of letters may be created.
