Delegation - (Elementary Only)

On the class delegation tab,

• Select Report Card Template.

• Select a single student from  Select Student.

OR

Select <<All Students on Selected Report Card>> to set rows for all students.

• Select grading period.

NOTE:  The students available in the Select Student are limited to those in the teacher’s “Homeroom” class in Synergy SIS. Teachers may only delegate rows for students in their Homeroom class.

Assign report card rows to teachers

• Enter a teacher name or partial teacher name in Teacher Assigned column for a Report Card Row. A list of possible teacher matches displays.

• Select teacher name from list provided. The teacher name and any “child” rows populate..

• Click Save.

NOTE: By default, teachers have access to all rows on the report card for any students scheduled in their classes. Assigning rows to a teacher allows them to enter marks, for those rows only, in the Report Card Student screen for the selected student(s). Homeroom teachers (as set in Synergy SIS) maintain access to all rows on the report card for their students, regardless of any changes made on the Delegation screen.
