Report Card Score Types - (Secondary Only)

Add Report Card Score Type(s)

• Click Grade Book.

• Select Grade Book Setup. Grade Book Setup screen opens.

• Click Report Card Score Types. Report Card Score Types screen opens.

• Click Duplicate below name of existing report card score type to duplicate. Copy of report card score type will appear at bottom of My Report Card Score Types screen, with the word (copy) following the title.

NOTE: New score types can only be created by duplicating existing score types.

Edit Teacher-created Report Card Score Types

• Click on the name of the score type.

• Click Edit below name of score type.

• Rename score type in Edit Score Type.

• Click Update Score Type.

• Click Edit to right of score line to change Low Score, High Score, Value, or Sequence for a given score. Score cannot be edited.

• Click Save.

• Click Delete to right of score line to delete line from score type.

• Click OK to confirm.

Delete Teacher-created Report Card Score Types

• Click  below name of score type.

• Click Show Deleted Score Types at top of My Report Card Score Types screen to show deleted score types.

• Click Hide Deleted Scores at top of My Report Card Score Types screen to hide deleted score types.

NOTE: Only teacher-created score types can be deleted.
