Grade Book Score Types

Add Grade Book Score Type

• Click Grade Book.

• Select Grade Book Setup. Grade Book Setup screen opens.

• Click Grade Book Score Types.

• Click .

• Enter Score Type.

• Check Max Value? if score type has a maximum value.

• Click .

• Enter Score, Value, and Seq (sequence), and Legend Text for score type.

• Click .

• For each additional item of score type.

• Click and repeat above directions.

• Click when finished. The new score type displays on the screen.

 

Access Grade Book Score Types

• Click Grade Book.

• Select Grade Book Setup. Grade Book Setup screen opens.

• Click Grade Book Score Types.

• Click Duplicate on any score type to copy and customize. A confirmation message displays.

• Click OK. The copy displays at the bottom of the screen.

NOTE: Only teacher-created score types can be edited. District Wide score types must first be duplicated to create user-created score types.

• Click the name of the score type to customize. The GB Score Type screen opens.

• Enter new name in Score Type.

• Select Max Value? if score type has a maximum value.

• Click .

• Click  to edit Score, Value, Seq, or Legend Text.

• Click to add a new score type detail.

• Enter Score, Value, and Seq (sequence), and Legend Text for score type.

• Click .

• For each additional item of score type.

• Click and repeat above directions.

• Click when finished. The customized score type displays on the screen.
