Install Context Sensitive Help

Edupoint offers screen-specific help for both Synergy SIS and Synergy SE.  The context-sensitive help is accessed by clicking on the question mark button in the top of any screen.

Help that is focused to for that specific screen displays. Additional topics related to the screen are also displayed.

Setup and Install Context-Sensitive Help

Functionality:

The new context sensitive help files are now loaded and ready for use. Navigate to the Synergy SIS>Student>Student screen and bring up any student. You will now see the new help button located at the top of the screen .  This button will display on all screens including those in Grade Book, TeacherVUE, and Synergy SE.

NOTE: This is a work in progress. This release includes help text for TeacherVUE, Grade Book, and parts of Synergy SIS. More areas will be delivered in future releases. “Context sensitive help is still under development for this screen.” displays for help files that are under construction.
