Locate Auto Populate Library in Auto Populate screen
Click next to title to expand.
Continue expanding until statement is found.
Click on specific Auto Populate Library to highlight and to open its Auto Populate library statements.
Click . A new row will display at bottom of existing Auto Populate list.
Change View Order, if desired. After saving list will re-order appropriately.
Enter Name of statement. This is what user will see from drop down list.
Enter Response. This is what will populate in text box.
Click to spell check.
Click for more space.
Click .

This is where full statement is entered. Student name will populate in the textbox if <Student> is typed into statement. For example: “<Student> is engaging in behavior…” will appear in document as “Harry is engaging in behavior…” for a student named Harry.
