Daily Attendance
Days of Activity:
The Days of Activity tab lists all dates that absences were recorded for a student. It displays the date, day of the week, absence reason in AM or PM column (twice-a-day attendance) or in Reason 1 column (once-a-day attendance).
Tasks
Enter Attendance Record
Click
.
Enter student name or permanent ID number.
Click
. Student's name will display on screen.
Click

Type
Date
(MM/DD/YY) or click
and select date.
Click
Reason 1
column and select attendance reason
Click
.
Edit Attendance Record
Click
Reason 1
column to be edited.
Select new attendance reason from drop down.
Click
.
Delete Attendance Record
Check
next to date to be deleted
Click
