Test Definition

• Click on Test Objectives bar. Find TestDefObjective displays.

• Enter all or part of Objective Description.

• Click . Objectives meeting criteria entered are displayed.

• Click anywhere on appropriate record to highlight

• Click . Objective is added to Test Objectives grid.

• Click . Chooser view displays.

• Enter partial or complete Objective Description.

OR

An asterisk (*) wildcard can be used as a substitute for any or all characters.

• Click or press ENTER. Search Results displays a list of records matching criteria entered.

• Click anywhere on appropriate record to highlight.

• Press CTRL down while clicking records to select multiple objectives at a time.

• Click .                                   

OR

Click . This will move all objectives found in Search Results grid to Selected Items grid. Multiple searches may be made until all objectives have been found and added to Selected Items grid.

• Check on line of objective to remove from Selected Items grid, if needed.

• Click . This will close Chooser view and objectives selected will be listed in view.

• Click Mastery Performance Level and select performance level that indicates mastery of objective. This list is defined by district.

• Click ..

• Click to match each objective to a group of questions.

• Click line of objective to define. Line highlights.

• Check Possible Test Questions to define or click to select all.

• Click . Total Questions displays number of questions checked off.
