Check each Possible Year Extension (Night, Regular, or Summer) to grant group access to various year extensions.
Click Previous Year(s), Current Year, Next Year(s), Non-year(s) and select None, View, or Update to specify organization year/screens.
Check Allow LDAP Monitoring if staff should be automatically added as a staff member to schools listed when their LDAP account is still active. See Synergy SIS™ and Synergy SE™ User & Group Synchronization.
To add either one or multiple organizations
Click . Chooser screen opens.
Click for an entire list of organizations.
OR
Enter all or part of Organization Name.
Click . Organizations matching criteria entered are displayed in Find Result.
Click line of organization to select. Multiple organizations may be selected by holding down CTRL key while clicking on organization names.
Click .
OR
Click . This will move all records found in Find Results column to Selected Items column
Check on line of organization to remove from the Selected Items grid.
Click when all organizations are selected.
Selected organizations display in Organizations grid.
Click Organization Update and select None, View, or Update to set level of access this group will have to organization
Check on line of organization to remove from grid
Click .
Click Virtual Root Node to assign group to a different virtual root.
NOTE: Virtual Root Node is level of organization, such as Elementary Schools, to which this group is added. By default, all groups are added to top district level.
Check Allow Lower Virtual Node Users to Modify Member List to let users at organizations underneath selected virtual node, add or remove users to group.
