User Groups:
Use User Groups tab to associate a user with one or more user groups.
Tasks
Add Groups to a User
Click
. Chooser screen opens.
Enter all or part of User Group Name
Click
. Search Results displays a list of records matching criteria entered.
Click anywhere on appropriate record to highlight. Multiple groups may be selected by holding down
CTRL
key while clicking on group names.

. This will move all records found in Search Results column to Selected Items column.
Check
on line of User Group Name to remove from Selected Items grid.
Click
to perform additional searches.

when all desired User Group Names display in Selected Items grid. Chooser screen closes and User Group Names display.
