Year Extensions group box denotes sections that user will have data access to within an organization.

Access Permissions group box contains Previous Year(s), Current Year, Next Year(s) and Non Year that allow user to view organization data as determined by settings for each field.

• When None is selected user will not have access to data.

• When Update is selected user will have ability to edit data.

• When View is selected user will have read-only access to data.

Organizations group box lists organizations inked to this user with permissions set above.
