Dashboard Control

Subscribed Users:

Use Subscribed Users tab to see which users are using a particular widget and to add or remove users to a widget.

Administrators can add widgets to user home pages through either User screen or Dashboard Control screen, Subscribed Users tab. On Dashboard Control screen, administrators can see which users are using a particular widget and add or remove users to a widget. Widgets added here display at top of the home pages since widget order cannot be set in Dashboard Control screen.

Locate widget using either .
Click . Chooser screen opens.
Enter partial or complete data in Last Name, First Name and/or Login Name.

OR

An asterisk (*) wildcard can be used as a substitute for any or all of characters.

Click . Search Results displays a list of records matching criteria entered.
Click anywhere on appropriate record to highlight. Hold shift key down and continue to click on any additional User Names.

Click to add highlighted rows.

OR

Click to add all.

Click . Chooser screen closes and grid is populated with new subscribers.
Click .
