Use Information tab to configure mandatory District Groups and assign and configure optional District Groups to your School Groups. Select academic eligibility requirement to participate (if such a requirement exists). This tab provides selection of staff members that are coaching, advising or otherwise involved in assisting, and listing any fees assessed to students for participation in this group.
NOTE: Prior to adding a group in this screen, it needs to be configured in District Groups screen, and selected to use in school in School Groups screen.
Click . Groups Add screen opens.
Click next to Code. Find: DistrictStudentGroups opens.
Enter all or part of group Code and/or Description.
Click . Groups matching the criteria are listed in the Search Results grid.
Click line of group to add. Line highlights.
Click . Find: DistrictStudentGroups closes. Code and Description are populated.
Optional
Enter Begin Date (MM/DD/YY) or click and select.
Enter End Date (MM/DD/YY) or click and select.
Click . Groups Add screen closes and group is displayed in Groups screen.
If academic requirement for participation in group exists
Click Academic Eligibility Requirement and select.
To specify staff member participation
Click next to Staff Name. Find: Staff screen opens.
Enter all or part of Last Name, First Name, or Middle Name.
Click . Staff names matching the criteria are listed in the Search Results grid.
Click line of staff to add. Line highlights.
Click . Find: Staff screen closes and Staff Name is populated on Groups Add screen.
Click Sponsor Type and select.
To add additional staff
Click on Additional Staff grid. A new line displays.
Repeat above process for each additional staff.
To remove staff name
Click on line of staff name to delete.
Click .
To add school fee (Fees set at district are indicated in District Fee Amount and cannot be changed.)
Click on School Fees grid. A new line displays.
Click Fee Code and select.
Click Category and select.
Enter Description of fee.
Enter total fee Amount. If fees are discounted for students eligible for free or reduced meals, reduced fee amounts are entered in the NCLB Indicator 1 Amt and NCLB Indicator 2 Amt.
