From the Portfolio screen click . A Search Window will appear.
Enter search criteria in the fields contained in the Selection Criteria Group Box.
Click . If no criteria matches a message displays, No Students Found.
Click .
Check your search criteria and re-enter data if necessary. If No Students Found displays again the student may not be available in the system.
Click . A list of students displays if the criteria matches. Yes in the In Special Ed column means the record has already been imported and you cannot import it
Select Initial Process .
Type Enter Date or click and select date.
Double click Line number containing student’s record to place them on your Portfolio.
Single click Line number in the student’s record row and click .
