Use the Team tab to add and edit special education team members and to reassign students staying in this school to this team during New Year Rollover.
Tasks
Set Up New Special Ed School Team
Click
. A new staff row will displays on the Default School Team.
Click the
in the Staff Name field to open the Find: Staff screen.
Enter all or part of staff member's
Last Name, First Name
.
Click
. Search Results displays a list of matching criteria.
Click line of staff name. Line highlights.
Click again or click
. The Find: Staff screen closes and the staff name displays.
Click
Role
and select from list.
Continue adding staff to build the default Special Ed School Team.
Click
at the top of the screen when finished.
Delete a Team Member
To delete a team member, check
on the line of the staff name to delete.
