Tasks
Add a Student Rx
Click
. A new line displays under the Student RX grid.
Enter the
Rx Number.
Click
next to
Doctor Name.
The Find Doctor screen displays.
Enter all or part of
Last Name, First Name.
Click
. Search Results displays a list of matching criteria.
Click anywhere on appropriate record to highlight.
Click

OR
Double click on the line. The screen closes and selected information displays
If the doctor name does not display in the list,
Click
.
Enter the
Last Name
and the
First Name
(required.)
Enter any other available information in the pertinent fields.
Click
. The screen closes and the doctor's name displays.
Enter an
Effective Date
and
Expire Date
(DDMMYY) or click
and select date.
Click
