The Student Contact Log documents contact made with parents. There is the General Ed Student Contact Log which imports from SIS and is view only. The Special Ed Student Contact Log allows Synergy SE users to add contact records.

Enter a contact record:
Click
. A new row will be added to the grid.
Select the
Date
the contact was made MM/DD/YY format or click
and select.
Type the
Time
the contact was made using 3:00PM or 3P format.
Select the
Contact Type
using the drop down statements available.
Enter the
Person Contacted
and the
Contacted By
fields.
Select the Outcome using the drop down statements available.
Add any
Comments
relating to the contact.
Click
.
To delete a Special Ed Student Contact Log entry,
Check
on the line of the entry to delete.
