School Setup Copy

• Click School to Copy From and select school(s).

• Check Modules  to copy/update

• Click . Chooser screen displays.

• Click to display all schools in district

OR

Enter partial or complete data on any of fields on screen.

OR

An asterisk (*) wildcard can be used as a substitute for any or all of characters in fields on screen

Click . Search Results displays a list of records matching criteria entered.

 

• Click anywhere on appropriate record to highlight.

• Hold Ctrl key down and continue to click on any additional schools

• Click   to add highlighted rows.

OR

Click   to add all.

• Click . Chooser screen closes.

• Click .

NOTE: The system will NOT allow you to copy setup information to a file if that file contains data for the school year being copied to, an error message will display. An example is grading, if there are already grades posted at a school to the grading file the system will not allow you to copy Grading Setup to that school.
