School Room

• Click . A blank line is added to Room Grid

• Enter Room Name or number.

• Enter Class Size total number of students that can attend a class in that room.

• Enter School Year start (YYYY).

• Click  Department and select associated department, if known.

• Click Room Type and select associated type, if known.

• Click and follow same steps for additional rooms.

• Click when finished.

To cancel the changes,

• Click .

To edit an existing room

• Click in field or select from to change information.  

• Click when finished.

To cancel changes

• Click .

To delete a room,

• Check the box in the X column.

• Click when finished.

To cancel changes
