Person Notification Codes

• Click on Notifications grid. A new row is added.

• Enter Order in which this notification definition is to display in Notification menu field on Notifications tab of Student Notifications screen.

• Enter Short Description of notification definition.

• Enter full Description of notification definition.

Click for additional space.

Click to spell check.

• Click Display Icon to choose an icon to display. Default icon is a triangle.

To attach specific notifications to specific screens (Leaving View Name blank will default icons to all Student screen screens)

• Click . Find: ViewDef displays.

• Enter partial or complete data in Namespace or Name.

• Click . Find Results displays a list of records matching criteria entered.

If desired record is not on screen

• Click page number or to advance page and see additional results.

• Click anywhere on appropriate record to highlight.

• Click . Find: ViewDef closes.

• Click .
