Use the Staff History tab to view/edit record of historical staff associated with this course.
Tasks
Re-assign Section Staff
Click
next to
Staff Name
on line of appropriate section to edit. Find: Staff screen displays.
Enter staff member's
Last Name
,
First Name
.
Click
. Search Results displays a list matching criteria entered.
Click on line of desired staff member name. Line highlights.
Click again or click
. Find: Staff screen closes and previous staff name is replaced with newly selected.
Click
to save changes or
to revert to prior name.
Edit Historical Staff Records
Edit directly in any white field.
Click
when complete.
Delete Historical Teaching Staff
Check
on line of Historical Staff and/or Historical Additional Staff to delete.
Click

Synchronize Staff History
Click
The Synchronize Staff History screen displays.
Click
to create a Historical Staff record for all sections for the current focus school.
OR
Check
Synchronize all sections across the entire district
, if desired.
Then click
to create a Historical Staff record for the entire district.
