The purpose of the Teacher Utilization Report is to display the percentage
of teacher utilization time in the schedule.
The Teacher Utilization Report lists all teachers by last name. It
lists their badge number in brackets, and shows the statistics indicating
the amount of teacher time used by the schedule.
