PAD Location: Synergy SIS>Mass Scheduling>Schedule Control>Master Builder Option Set

The purpose of the Room Course Allocation Report is to identify room allocations and scheduling issues related to a course.

The Room Course Allocation Report lists all rooms. It displays the number of sections scheduled for the room by course ID. This report is used to verify that the room is not over or under-utilized. The Total Scheduled Load for the room should be close to the Total Average Load. For the room, it displays the Available Load, or the maximum number of periods that can be scheduled for the room for the year, and the Requested Load, or the number of periods needed to fulfill all course requests.

Maximum number of periods the room can be scheduled for.

Req. Load:

Requested average number of periods for all courses.

Subject Category:

Subject Category Name

Course ID:

Course ID

# of Sec:

Number of sections for the course.

Crs Load:

Total period load for all sections.

No. of Rooms:

Number of rooms allocated to the course, including the listed room.

Avg. Load:

Average number of periods needed per room. The course load divided by the number of rooms.

Sched Load:

Actual number of periods scheduled for the room for the course.
