23 - Master Schedule Report

PAD Location: Synergy SIS>Mass Scheduling>Schedule Control>Master Builder Option Set

The purpose of the Master Schedule Report is to view all of the sections for each course created by the builder during the schedule run, sorted by course.

The Master Schedule Report lists all courses alphabetically by course ID. For each course, it lists the department assigned, the subject category (SC), the grade levels assigned to the course (GL), the number of course requests vs. the number of conflicts (Req/Conf), and the minimum, optimal, and maximum number of students set for the category. Beneath each course, each section of the course is listed, showing the section number of the course, the sequence number (in parenthesis), the time (Period: Term: Meeting Day), the teacher ID, the room name, the number of students enrolled, and the gender, grade level, and other student properties of the students enrolled.ws.
