The purpose of the Free Rooms Report is to identify all rooms that are available for the Term, Period and Day listed.

Term:
Smallest terms as setup in the option set.
Period:
Period of the day.
Day:
Meeting Day.
Free Rooms:
Room numbers of all of those that are free during the term, period and day.
