# Sec’s:  

Number of sections created for the category.

Period Load:  

Number of periods needed for all sections in the category. This is the number of meeting days, times the number of sections, times the periods per section.

Category/Rooms:

Category and Room Name/Number.

Avail Load:  

Maximum number of periods the room is available. This is the number of periods per day, times the number of meeting days, times the number of terms.

Req. Load:  

Number of periods per room needed to meet the requests. This is the period load divided by the available number of teachers.

Req. Pct.:  

Percentage of the room’s available load requested. If over 100%, not enough teachers are available for the category.

Sched Load:  

Number of periods scheduled for the room.

Sched Pct.:  

Percentage of scheduled periods for the room relative to average.

Util. Pct.:  

Percentage of room utilized by the course, relative to the available number of periods for the room.
