No. Crs’s:  

Number of courses in the category.

No. Sec’s:  

Number of sections created for the category.

Period Load:  

Number of periods needed for all sections in the category. This is the number of meeting days, times the number of sections. times the periods per section.

Avail Load:  

Maximum number of periods the teacher is available. This is the number of periods per day, times the number of meeting days, times the number of terms.

Req. Load:  

Number of periods per teacher needed to meet the requests. This is the period load, divided by the available number of teachers.

Req. Pct.:  

Percentage of the teacher’s available load requested. If over 100%, not enough teachers are available for the category.

Sched Load:  

Number of periods scheduled for the teacher.

Sched Pct.:  

Percentage of the requested period load that was scheduled.

Util. Pct.:  

Percentage of the available period load, per teacher, that was scheduled.
