NOTE:  Activation key’s expiration date is displayed (if an expiration time has been configured) in Key Valid Until. Date username and password is created is stored in Date Activation Key Used.

• Check StudentVUE Account Disabled to disable account.

NOTE: When a student is withdrawn from a school, student’s account is automatically disabled. Upon re-enrollment at that school or at a different school in district, account will automatically be reactivated with same settings.

• Click Locked in and select Yes to lock all course requests. Student or parent will not be able to change requests. Date courses were locked is recorded in ParentVUE Locked in Date.

• Click Locked in and select No to unlock.

• Click Validated and select Yes to validate requests (in a monitored environment.) Date courses were validated is recorded in ParentVUE Validated Date.

• Click Validated and select No to invalidate.

• Click   to view as student would see their StudentVUE account.

NOTE: Student and parent passwords are not displayed. Forgot Password link on website is only way a parent or student can recover a lost password.
