School Event Calendar

• Click . SchoolEventCalendarDetailAdd screen opens.

• Click Type   and select from options. (Optional)

• Type Event Date or click   and select date.

• Type Event Time. (Optional)

• Type Short Description. (Optional)

• Type Short Title.

• Type Long Description.

• • Click   for additional space

  • Click    to spell check

• Check Tracks to make event track-specific.

NOTE: Short Description is generally what parents and students will see on home page in addition to Short Title. If short description is short enough, parents and students may see first few words of long description, but long description is usually only viewable if link to event is clicked.

• Click .

To edit

• Click desired field to modify.

 To edit the other details,

• Click . Type, Long Description and Track for highlighted event can now be edited.

• Check on line of event to delete.
