Review PVUE Updates

Overview:

Use the Review PVUE Updates screen to process the parent/guardian requested changes submitted via the parent portal. District or school personnel may approve or disapprove of the changes to the data and notify the parent if the changes were not accepted.

NOTE:

a. This module must be configured on the ParentVUE and StudentVUE Configuration screen.

System>ParentVUE>ParentVUE and StudentVUE Configuration >PVUE Configuration

b. Setup email content with reference to a “return e-mail message” notifying parents if their edited changes to the student data is being accepted or rejected by district or school personnel.

System > Setup > Email Content

c. Check PVUEUpdate option for the user administrating the approval process for parent data changes.

System >User > User > POV tab. Configure Task Setup

d. Enable PVUE Update module in Task Definition
