Student GATE

• Click .

• Enter student Last Name and First Name or Perm ID number.

• Click . Student's name will display on screen.  

• Select GATE Program .

• Enter Number Times Tested.

• Check appropriate Gate Category reasons (why student was selected for program)

OR

Check to select or deselect all.

• Click on GATE History title bar. A new row is added to grid.

• Type Enter Date (MM/DD/YY) or click  and select date, if appropriate (default is today’s date).

• Click Gate Code and select.

• Click Gate Grade and select.

• Click Test and select, if known.

• Enter Test Scores sub-test results, if known.

• Type Comment.

• • Click   to spell check.

  • Click for additional space.

• Click . Gate Code, Enter Date, Gate Grade and Gate Program displays in Current GATE Code grid.

• Enter Exit Date, or date of withdrawal, (MM/DD/YY) or click  and select date.  

• Click Exit Reason and select. These are district selected values are selected by the district.

• Click .
