Mass Update Student Programs

Student GATE:

Use this tab to mass update the Student GATE program.

Tasks

Mass Open Student GATE Program

NOTE: Programs from previous school year will be re-opened. Enter date from school of enrollment will be used to re-open program, if student finished previous school year in program.

Click Action and select Open.
Check Include in Process to include in update.
(Optional) Check appropriate Grade Filter to limit update to those grades.
Click .

Message “Program Update Complete” displays when update is finished.

Mass Close Student GATE Program

NOTE: This closes programs in current school year. Exit date for program is last valid school day, based on student’s school of record.

Click Action and select Close.
Check Include in Process to include in update.
Click GATE Exit Reason and select.
(Optional) Check appropriate Grade Filter to limit update to those grades.
Click .

Message “Program Update Complete” displays when update is finished.
