Use Waiver History tab to record when a student’s parents have signed a statement that they do not want their child participating in ELL.

and select. These are district-created values. Common selections are:
Waiver was denied.
Waiver was approved.

Waiver Status Date

and select date.

. Status bar above will populate.
Enter
Waiver Exit Date
if waiver is withdrawn.

. Status bar above will clear.
Delete Waiver History
