Use English Language Learners (ELL) screen to record and maintain student participation in the program. This screen documents assessment information, program participation, and parent communication.
Use the ELL Transactions tab to view student’s transactions. A transaction is a line in the file that is uploaded to the state that changes an individual student’s records. An example of a transaction would be an entry that notifies the state that a specific student has enrolled in the school. Each transaction can either add information to the state’s database, change existing information, or delete existing information.
