Update Semester Totals

Overview:

Use Update Semester Totals to update the total semester count with associated reports for ELL students. This process updates the total semester count if the student was enrolled for 50% of the selected semester. The update process generates two reports. The ELL601 report is the Total ELL Semester Summary. The ELL401 report is the Total ELL Semester Detail. This report is generated in two formats. One format is Students without an ELL Semester added the the other format is Students with an ELL Semester added.
