Special Ed Service Definition

• Click at the top of the screen.. Special Ed Service Definition (add) view displays.

• Enter State Code.

• Enter Description of code.

• Enter Locale.

• Click . Special Ed Service Definition (add) view closes.

• Click on Services bar. A new line is added to grid.

• Enter Service Code.

• Enter Service Description.

• Enter State Code if different from Service Code.

Services are categorized by state as either self-contained or resource.  

• Check Is Self Contained if service is self-contained.

• Click Year Start and Year End to select Valid Year Range dates for this program.

• Click .
