Childhood Assessments
Assessment:
Use Childhood Assessments view to record the district assessments administered to an individual student. Record the name of the assessment, the date it was administered, and the scores of the different parts within the assessment.
Tasks
Add a Childhood Assessment
Click
.
Enter student
Last Name, First Name
or
Perm ID.
Click
. Student's name will display on screen.
Click
Child Assessment Test
and select.
Click
. Childhood Assessment Test Detail view opens.
Type
Admin Date
(MM/DD/YY) or click
and select date. Default is today’s date.
Enter
Raw Score (s)
on appropriate line number.
Click
. Childhood Assessment Test Detail view closes.
Edit a Childhood Assessment
Click
.
Enter student
Last Name, First Name
or
Perm ID
.
Click
. Student's name will display on screen.
Click
Child Assessment Test
to select assessment to edit.
Type new
Admin Date
(MM/DD/YY) or click
and select date.
Column data may be editable. This is determined in District Child Assessment Definition.
Click
.
OR
Click
. Childhood Assessment Test Detail view opens.
Type new
Admin Date
(MM/DD/YY) or click and select date.
Enter/edit
Raw Score
(s) on appropriate line number. If score is already present, highlight score and type over with new score.
Click
. Childhood Assessment Test Detail view closes and returns to Childhood Assessments view.
Delete Childhood Assessment
Check
on appropriate line of Child Assessment to delete.
