Use the Locker screen to add and edit locker access and assignment information. This screen displays location, multiple combination numbers, and student assignment for current school year. Lockers may be assigned using the Other Info tab of Student screen or assigned in bulk using the Locker Mass Assignment screen, also.
Enter partial or complete data on any field on screen.
Click . Search Results displays a list of records matching criteria entered.
Click anywhere on appropriate record to highlight.
Click . Student Name moves to Selected Items grid.
Check to remove Student Name from Selected Items grid, if needed.
Click . This will close Chooser screen. Student Name displays on Students in Locker grid.
Modify any appropriate data in white fields.
Click to save or to cancel operation without saving changes.
NOTE: Student Restrictions and Student Information are used during mass assignment of lockers. When assigning students individually, these restrictions are not enforced.
