Use the Dental tab, to record details of a student’s dental screening, including: date, grade level, and result of screening, visible cavities or fillings, treatment recommended, reason for waiver, and follow-up date, if needed.
Tasks
Complete Dental Screening Information
Enter student
Last Name
,
First Name
or
Perm ID.
Click
. Student name displays.
Click
. A new line displays on grid.
Enter
Screen Date
(MMDDYY) or click
and select date. Default is today's date.
Click
Grade
and select student's grade when screening took place.
Click
Pass/Fail
and select outcome.
Check whether there were
Visible Fillings.
Check whether there was
Visible Cavity
.
Click
Treatment
and select recommendation.
Click
Waiver
and select reason, if waiver needed.
Enter
Follow Up Date
(MMDDYY) or click
and select date, if appropriate.
Delete Dental Record
Check
on line of record to delete.
Click
