Health Log Student
Health Log:
The Health Log stores information about student visits as well as accidents
that happen during the school day, on or off school grounds, as long as
a student in the school is involved. It provides total visits per student
at a glance. This log is not used to record administration of prescription
medication. Information entered here will display on the Nurse's Log tab
of the Health Screen (not totaled). Information entered on the Nurse's
Log displays on the Health Log, as well.
Use the Accident Detail tab to record additional information if the
incident was an accident. It records date, time and location of accident
and, if appropriate, an end date. It also shows who initially assisted
student and staff member who supervised medical treatment.
Once a Log entry has been saved, additional details may be added or
edited, a health accident report may be printed and details of a contact
log may be entered.
