Once an accident log entry has been saved, additional details may be added or edited on the Log tab.
Tasks
Add/Edit Log Details
Click

Click line number of entry to edit. Line highlights.
Edit any white field.
Additional Details
Enter
Subjective/Objective
information. These are details of health incident.
Click
to spell check.
Click
for additional space.
Type
Assessment/Plan
information. This is what was or will be done.
Click
to spell check.
Click
for additional space.
Select Clinical Codes
Click
to enter a single code. A new row is added for clinical code.
Enter
Code
. Description is automatic.
OR
Click
for more than one code. Chooser screen displays.
Enter all or part of
Code
and/or
Description
.
Click
. Find Results displays a list of records matching criteria entered.
Click desired code to highlight.
Press
CTRL
down while clicking codes to select multiple records at a time.
Click

Click
. This will move all codes found in Find Results column to Selected Items column.
Check
on line of code to remove from Selected Items grid, if needed.
Click
. This will close Chooser screen and codes selected will be listed.
